AGE REQUIREMENT:
For groups A, B, C, drivers must be over 21 years of age. For any other vehicle group, min age of the driver must be 25
PAYMENT METHOD:
For all groups a valid Credit or Debit Card accepted by Point Rent A CAR, must be shown for all necessary pre-authorization amounts as well as pre-payments and settlement of final rental charges. All reservations are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The prices listed on the website are non-refundable. Refunds are only possible in cases of force majeure.
DRIVING LICENSE:
A category A1 license is required for 125cc scooters.
A category A2 license is required for 250cc-400cc motorcycles/scooters.
A category A license is required for 700cc motorcycles.
For all categories, the driving license must have been issued at least one year prior.
FUEL:
Fuel costs are borne by the renter.
LOSS OR DESTRUCTION OF KEYS:
In the event of loss or destruction of a key during the rental period, the renter must pay an amount ranging from 60.00 € to 200.00 €, depending on the manufacturer.
VEHICLE TRANSPORT BY SHIP:
It is strictly forbidden for the renter to leave the island with the rented vehicle.
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD:
After the expiration of the agreed rental period, Point Tours allows the renter a grace period of up to 10 minutes for the return of the vehicle without any additional charge.
After this grace period, the renter will be charged at a minimum the cost of an additional rental day.
FINES AND VIOLATIONS:
All fines and administrative penalties incurred due to the driver’s fault are entirely the renter’s responsibility.
COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW):
Not available.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER(S):
Free of charge for one more driver.
TAXES:
All rates and charges include VAT at 17%.
